These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between j666 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("User," "you," or "your") who accesses, registers on, deposits to, or interacts with the j666 platform at j666.games or through any associated mobile application or service.

Your use of j666 constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms are effective from the date you create a j666 account or, where no account exists, from the date you first access the j666 platform. j666 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including but not limited to government-issued CNIC, passport, or driving licence — at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by j666 may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawals pending verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your j666 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details associated with your account. j666 will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone.

You must notify j666 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account, suspected compromise of your credentials, or suspicious activity on your j666 account. • All activity conducted through your j666 account is your responsibility. j666 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

All financial transactions on the j666 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). j666 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT cryptocurrency. j666 does not accept cash deposits or payments through unverified third-party agents.

Deposits: Deposit funds are credited to your j666 PKR balance following confirmation from the relevant payment processor. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically instantaneous. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days depending on the originating bank. j666 does not charge fees on standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. All withdrawals require a fully verified j666 account. j666 processes verified withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

The following general betting rules apply across all j666 products:

All such promotional offers are subject to these Terms and the specific bonus terms communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any inconsistency, the specific bonus terms govern the promotion and these general Terms govern all other aspects of your account.

The following conditions apply to all j666 bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable PKR funds.
• Wagering requirements state the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be turned over in qualifying bets before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the j666 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, entitling j666 to suspend or permanently close the offending account, void all pending and settled bets, forfeit any balance, and pursue legal remedies where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical or electronic means to interact with j666's platform, games, or betting markets
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes in live casino, poker, or any multiplayer product available on j666
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes in j666's systems to obtain a financial advantage
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at registration or during KYC verification
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund a j666 account
• Engaging in arbitrage betting across j666 accounts or between j666 and other platforms using bonus funds
• Attempting to launder funds through the j666 cashier or using j666 for any financial transaction unrelated to genuine recreational gaming
• Creating accounts on behalf of third parties or allowing third parties to operate your j666 account
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing j666 customer support staff or other users via any communication channel

j666 employs fraud detection, behavioural monitoring, and transaction analysis systems that operate continuously across all accounts. Accounts flagged by these systems may be placed under review and restricted pending investigation. j666 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies in cases involving financial fraud or criminal activity.

j666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other criminal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by j666
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder under j666's Responsible Gaming policy
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement instruction requiring account closure

Where an account is closed for reasons not related to a breach of these Terms or fraud — for example, at the user's own request — j666 will process any verified outstanding balance to the user's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following completion of any applicable withdrawal verification checks.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, fraud, or underage access, j666 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance in accordance with applicable regulatory and legal obligations. Such withholding will be communicated to the account holder in writing.

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any j666 software or gaming system
• Use any j666 trademark, logo, or brand identity without prior written authorisation
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically harvest data from the j666 platform using automated means

Any unauthorised use of j666's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law. j666 will pursue all available legal remedies in respect of intellectual property infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, j666 and its directors, officers, employees, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or system failures — arising out of or in connection with your use of the j666 platform, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

j666 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free of technical errors, or free of viruses or harmful components. j666 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. j666 makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, as to the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.

Where j666's liability cannot be excluded by law, j666's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your j666 account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

j666 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available at j666.games/privacy-policy. By using the j666 platform, you consent to j666 processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

j666 collects personal data including but not limited to your name, date of birth, address, contact details, payment method information, and gaming activity records. This data is used for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement purposes.

j666 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. j666 may share data with licensed payment processors, regulatory authorities, identity verification providers, and law enforcement agencies where required by law or by j666's licensing obligations. j666 is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution. j666 will not charge any fee for processing a dispute through the above procedure. All dispute correspondence should be conducted in English and submitted from your registered j666 account email address to assist with verification.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which j666's international gaming license is issued. Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral bodies specified by j666's licensing authority.

Where any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed clause.

These Terms, together with j666's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between j666 and you with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties relating to the same subject matter.
